I was able to Clean 365lbs while bringing my VO2 Max from 45 to 54 doing this program! A lot of training programs out there can only improve strength and endurance in isolation, but this will improve both at the same time!

- Compound lifts like Back Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, and Bench
- Olympic lifts like Clean, Jerk, and Snatch
- Accessory exercises to increase Strength and Muscle
