This Program is a 12 Week Beginner style program designed to DRASTICALLY increase your Strength, Lean Muscle Mass, and Athleticism. You will PR on this program!
The program will consist of Heavy compound movements (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) with Heavy Top Sets followed by Back Off sets.
The accessory work is designed to bulletproof your body from injury, while putting on a ton of lean muscle mass
Each Session should take 45-75 minutes
And we will follow a Upper Lower Upper Lower Arms/Sprint Split
Once you complete this program it will be a seamless transition into PowerStrong Vol.2 where Power and Speed movements will be paired with heavy compound lifts.
