This Program is a 12 Week Intermediate/Advanced style program designed to MASSIVELY increase your Strength, Power, Lean Muscle Mass, and Athleticism.
Program includes Heavy Compounds (Squat, Bench, Deadlifts) followed by Power and Speed work. We will do Power work for first 6 weeks and then speed work.
Each session will take 45-75 Mins
