The approach that I took was completely different than most because I knew that if I just did the same thing everyone else did, then I would end up where everyone else was… And I wanted to excel way above that.

Here is what I accomplished:

  • Went from 140 to 220 lbs of lean muscle at 6’1
  • 135 to 550 pound back squat
  • 225 to 650 pound deadlift
  • 360 pound clean
  • 75 mph fastball to 95 mph fastball
  • 4.5 40 yard dash
  • 10’5 broad jump + 38” vertical
  • Fixed my gut health and raised my testosterone naturally
  • Qualified for 2024 crossfit quarterfinals (having only trained crossfit for 16 months)
